    The installer did a great job and he was very professional.

    The office goofed up my paperwork, told me the installer would be there on Friday afternoon however the installer didn't come until after 12noon on Saturday. I'm not too happy with the scheduling service.

    I wouldn't recommend them to a friend based on the poor scheduling service and the office's indifference to wasting an afternoon of my vacation time. I was sitting around on Friday waiting for the installer who never showed because of an office paperwork mixup; I understand that these things happen but they could have handled it much better
