    Atrocious customer service. Lacking any class or training whatsoever.
    My son took his girlfriend's ring there to get sized (keep in mind he's only 19) and the girl waiting on them said "I hope this isn't an engagement ring, because that's pretty pathetic!" Let's just say that girl is lucky I wasn't there as she wouldn't be able to sit for a month or eat solid for
    six ! No one I know will ever step foot in this "pathetic" excuse for a business ever.
