    The office attempts to charge you a $10 fee if you don’t pay copay up front. What they fail to inform people is that the amount the office charges for a visit is more than what insurance is actually billed for. I tried to explain to the lady that it isn’t right to over charge someone and then expect me to go back and get reimbursed the difference. She was short and rude. Never again will I go there. I recommend others don’t either. #scam
