  If I could give zero stars I would. 11 years ago I had a new system installed in the fall. The following summer water was coming out of the bottom of the furnace. A tech was over 3 times, the first 2 said that it was normal for that to happen. I knew differently and called again. He found the drain pan for the a.c. had a large crack. It was replaced under warranty. The following summer the same thing happened, but they told me it was no longer under warranty and would cost over $300. I repaired it myself. Not once did they try to figure out why it cracked. 2 days ago I had to have the furnace replaced, it would not turn on. I had Reimer do the job. Their tech showed me that the gas pressures had never been set which caused the furnace to run hot and actually make the pan brittle and crack. The water had damaged other components, had caused the insulation to start comining apart, and forced me to replace a unit that simple was neverinstalled properly.
