  Daniel Henry did not attempt to gather evidence to prove my innocence. Do not trust Dan with your money. He never filed a motion for discovery or an affidavit of errors. He is argumentative and inconsiderate. He let the police get away with falsifying documents and lying under oath. He asked me if he could skip out on the DMV hearing because Dan had no evidence. After losing both hearings Dan said he should had charged me more money. He completely destroyed my life and he does not care one bit.

  I do not recommend Daniel Henry. Dan never filed a motion for discovery or affidavit of errors. He is negligent. He is rude and argumentative. Dan told me he would have my bogus charges dismissed after police falsified documents, then he gathered no evidence. It's like he forgot he was paid to defend me but he acted like he was trying to prosecute me. He is a lazy scam artist. He never questioned police about their lies and allowed them break laws. He destroyed my life and could care less. Dan plays innocent. He is a liar
