    Messed up my order and the guy's in front of me. It wasn't even busy. My daughter ordered chicken strips and they said they would "bring them out" but never did even after we went up and asked. Finally, as we were walking out the door they were ready. Also they were out of ketchup in the dining area. I let them know and they replied "ya we know, we are all out". I figured it would get restocked when she got a chance but even when she came out to sweep, it never was replenished. They were literally out of ketchup. How does a burger and fry chain run out of ketchup? Terrible service. Terribly managed.
